Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Visual Markets Desk ("the App": the workspace at desk.visual.markets, its apps for computers and phones, the installer and the service behind them at api.visual.markets) and of the sign-in, licences and downloads of our products, such as Trading Arena ("the Services"), provided by Visual Markets Software Development Center – FZCO ("Visual Markets", "we"). By signing in or using the Services, you accept these terms. A separate written agreement with us, such as a licence agreement, prevails over these terms where they differ.

1. Accounts

2. Your content

3. Acceptable use

You will not use the Services to break any law or anyone's rights; to send spam or harmful content; to try to get access to accounts, projects or data that are not yours; to probe, overload or interfere with the Services or their security; or to copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing service from them, except as the law allows.

4. Connected services

You may connect your Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar. That connection is optional, works only as you choose in My account, and you can end it at any time. Your use of Microsoft's and Google's services remains under their own terms; we are not responsible for those services.

5. Licences, subscriptions and workstations

6. No financial advice

The Services are software tools for planning, collaboration and trading operations. Nothing in them is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading involves risk, including the loss of more than you invest; results shown by the software, such as backtests, do not promise future results. You decide your own trades and are responsible for them and for following the rules that apply to you.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and secure, but they may be interrupted, for example for maintenance, which we announce in advance where we can. We may change, add or remove features; we tell you in advance of changes that take away something you rely on.

8. Warranties and liability

To the extent the law allows, the Services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, trading losses or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us for them in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension and ending

You may stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if your use puts the Services or other people at risk; where we can, we tell you first. What happens to your data then is described in our Privacy Policy.
